An initial impression of lemon-lime soda (Sprite) on the nose, followed by stark, stony minerals on the palate. Green apple/pear, hints of nectarine. Taut acidity. A preliminary “blocky” impression resolves into something far more precise.
This is a straightforward, crisp and tart Chablis with vague apple fruit, lemon, some leesy character and wet stone.
