This typical Rheingau Riesling presents itself with yellow fruits, flowers, vineyard peach and a hint of herbs. Acidity and sweetness are well balanced on the palate and give the wine a crispy freshness and creaminess. The high minerality is typical for Ru¨edesheim and gives this Riesling a long life. Juicy, ripe white peach is coolingly laced with basil and fresh lime on the nose and on the polished, buoyant palate.
The sources for this 12 percent alcohol offering include Klosterlay and Bischofsberg but are primarily from the Rüdesheimer Berg sites. Mouthwatering salinity and transparency to cooling herbal nuances characterize the lusciously lingering finish.
