The rosé of Aupilhac comes from a blend of four varieties. Fruity and fleshy, it develops aromas of red currant and spices. On the palate, it is powerful and long, and ends with a great freshness.
It has a very fruity nose with aromas of red fruit (gooseberry) and a hint of spice. The palate is powerful with excellent length. The grapes are cultivated following organic and biodynamic techniques and the wine is aged in stainless steel vats for eight months.
