This wine is a clear pale golden colour. The nose is clean with medium + intensity. Aromas of lemon & lime, orange peel, ginger spice, gooseberry and grapefruit. The palate is dry with high acidity and medium acid. The intensity is medium with flavours that follow on from the nose.
The body is medium and the finish long. Outstanding wine. The balance is very good with nothing overpowering. It has good complexity and a lovely finish. Drinking now but could age up to 5 years I think.
