DueTorri is a collection of native and international varietal wines produced by Cesari, the famed Valpolicella winery. These fruit-forward wines are varietally accurate expressions of Italy’s diverse terroir.

Vineyards:

Introduced to Italy in the early 19th century, Chardonnay thrives in the coolclimate northeastern regions of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia, Alto Adige, and Veneto. The grapes are sourced from vineyards under long-term lease, predominantly located on the sloping hillsides of Veneto. The Cesari family works with renowned growers and upholds strict vineyard management.

Winemaking:

Cold-fermented entirely in stainless steel, DueTorri Chardonnay displays the varietal’s true characteristics. The wine is released soon after the vintage.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh with aromas of crisp apples. The acidity is vibrant leading to a dry palate and a clean fi nish. Enjoy while young with all iterations of seafood.
