The 2020 Elouan Chardonnay opens with beautiful aromas of citrus and white pear accompanied by notes of violet and apricot. Pale straw yellow in color, this Chardonnay has bright and lively acidity with rich flavors of tropical fruit, lemon and juicy nectarine. This wine has a smooth and well-balanced mouth-feel, with a lingering and bright finish.
Pair with pan-seared chicken with carnalized onions, raw oysters, or a fig and prosciutto pizza topped with a balsamic glaze.
