We grew the fruit for this Pinot Noir at our Stonewall Estate Vineyard, located in the renowned Santa Lucia Highlands AVA in Monterey County. To highlight and preserve the delicate fruit and silky texture of this appellation, we gently ferment the wine in open-top fermenters.
