Tasting Notes
Small berry, golden yellow and healthy, the grapes must have been well. At least the nose feels a ripe, concentrated yellow-fruited bouquet with the one or other splash of dark currant. That brings freshness. Also on the palate dominated by crisp, lively fruit sweetness, supported by a dense, mineral acidity structure.
Together they have only one thing in mind – drinking flow. Damn tasty late harvest, of which there can not be enough!
Dark tones of smoke and slate fade with aeration on the nose of this wine, gradually bringing fresh, greengage plum and green floral notes to the forefront. While its apple and lime flavors are piercing and persistent, it’s dancingly light in texture with a lingering finish.
