Uno, Dos, Tres and Cuatro Palmas are denominations of Fino sherries from the Tio Pepe solera that stand out for their finesse. The number of “Palmas” assigned to the wine are proportional to the wines age. Dos Palmas was bottled after 8 years of aging from two casks out of 150. The wine shows a bright golden color tinged with green. Oxidative aromas are just starting to immerge though the overall impression is till one of freshness accented with a savory salinity.
