100% Barrel fermentation (30% new oak barrels / 70% barrels aged 1 and up to 5 years). Maturation on fine lees for minimum 12 months in barrel and after 4 months in tank. The brilliance of the wine is the balance of the perfume carried by oak flirting with rose buds.
The front palate is full on, exploding with ripeness from the warm vintage then retightening on the finish with a fresh mineral finish.
