Jim Barry Assyrtiko 2019 has citrus blossom and Meyer Lemon aromas combined with honeydew melon and baking spice. The palate is textured and well weighted with great concentration. Lemon and melon flavours with a hint of flint and a saline edge. Crisp acidity, finishing with a fine talc like finish.
