Our Mâcon-Lugny “Les Genièvres” 2022 has a bright pale yellow color with green hues. Its nose reveals aromas of honeysuckle and linden. Its mouth, ample and very round, unveils notes of almond and chlorophyll. Nice fresh finish.
This wine is clean and lively with a flowery bouquet and lovely honey, apples and nutty flavors on the palate. Traditional in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled with complete malolactic fermentation. Aged 8 to 10 months ageing in stainless steel vats. Pair with any light fare including grilled fish, seafood and any creamy cheeses.
