Tasting Notes
Intense straw-yellow wine with goldfish green reflections that recall wheat fields in June. Hints of orange peels and very ripe prickly pears that blend well with mild hints of oleander flowers. Powerful, enveloping, with good and pleasant acidity that makes it persistent in the mouth. Perfect with fish dishes, grilled prawns and medium hard cheeses.
