This kind of wine is produced starting from the vineyards situated in the districts of Barbaresco and Treiso. The Sauvignon of Marchesi di Gresy winery has a determined character, with a good balance and a good structure. The colour of it is straw yellow with some green nuances, and it presents an intense perfume with vegetal hints of cut grass in addition to peach’ and citrus fruits’ hints.
This wine is excellent if served as appetizer or in combination with fish starters.
