Tasting Notes

Produced from 100% Petit Verdot grapes. Hand picked grapes grown in the Jerusalem Hills were cold fermented then aged for 14 months in oak barrels. Medium bodied with round tannins and hints of vanilla and pecan. This is a limited release.

Food Pairing

pairs well with grilled meats and sauces, or as well worth drinking on its own.
