Blackstone sources grapes from over 100 carefully selected vineyards in Californiaâ ™s appellation. With this meticulous approach, our winemaker is able to consistently craft the Blackstone style of bright fruit aromas, silky texture, and smooth, fruit-forward wine. Our merlot shows ripe black cherry, plum jam, dark chocolate and raspberry flavors with hints of vanilla and toasty oak. It pairs well with grilled steaks, hearty lasagna, and baked salmon. It is perfect for any occasion from dinner parties to everyday enjoyment. Varietal: 78% merlot, 12% syrah, 7% petite sirah, 3% other red varietals.
