Tempranillo, Syrah and Garnacha (60% -20% -20%), from plots of very different soils: sandy (Tempranillo), limestone (Syrah) and clay (Garnacha), which brings a lot of personality to this wine. Each vineyard is cultivated individually. Harvested at full maturity, the grapes go through a strict selection process for this special bottling.
It is a perfect match with grilled steak, a rich pasta dish, cured cheeses, woks, grilled vegetables and charcuterie.
