Rich and full-bodied, La Perrière offers cherry, raspberry, and strawberry notes with hints of tobacco and cocoa. This single vineyard is composed of a wide range of soils from limestone to marl to red clay soil, rendering a complex wine.
Estate-grown fruit undergoes fermentation on the lees in French oak barrels, followed by an aging period of about 10 months in 50% stainless steel and 50% in French oak.
