Their winemaker, Blake Bomben, has a remarkable talent in cultivating some of the best coastal California grapes and turning them into distinguished wines. Gentle handling of the grapes and a slowed fermentation process helps generate the purest, most concentrated fruit character. The result is a rich, yet balanced style with intense flavor.
Decadent Chardonnay grapes deliver a rich wine with a toasty finish. Essence of fresh picked apples and pears meld with a hint of toasted vanilla for a full bodied, creamy finish.
