Stellar produces this delightful organic white wine: lovely fruit salad nose followed by a refreshing grassy palate; great with fish, salads and desserts.
This is a nice grassy, gooseberry-tinged Sauvignon. The nose is appealingly fruity, and in the mouth there’s good acidity with a bit of zing. There’s some soft ripeness on the finish (hints of acacia/winegums). A simple, straight forward and clean dry white.
