Following Amber Beverage Group’s acquisition of Walsh Whiskey, the Irish producer rebranded The Irishman in early 2022. Previously known as Founder’s Reserve, The Harvest is said to celebrate the role of the farming community in whiskey making. Crafted from a blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey, all made with Irish barley, triple distilled and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
