The white Burgundy from the Wittmann winery lives from fine aromas and ripe fruit, but also from basil and mint. The Pinot Blanc is a nice menu wine, preferably with Mediterranean cuisine.
The grapes for this wine come from areas of the Wittmann’s and those from ecologically friendly friends from the surrounding area. The wine was of course vinified by Wittmann himself. In the 100 Hügel series by Philipp Wittmann, gray Burgundy and Riesling are also available in addition to this white Burgundy.
