Crozes-Hermitage Graillot opens with an expression of red fruits followed by notes of leather, meat, and black olive. Full Bodied and dry attack, with aromas of red fruits, black pepper, forest floor and leather.
On the nose it has plenty of blossom, honeysuckle, jasmine, pear, nectarine, white peach, and cream. In the mouth it is more stewed apple and cream cheese, with a creamy texture, low acidity.
