The name Gentil indicates a blend of at least 50% Alsace noble varietals (Riesling, Pinot Gris, Muscat or Gewurztraminer). Maison Willm prefers using 80-90% of these noble varietals and completes the blend with Pinot Blanc for supple fruitiness. This way, the Gentil Willm offers a frank attack and, in the mouth is fresh, elegant, well-structured and harmonious.
It wonderfully pair with snails, savory pies, springtime buffets, fish tartar, salads, melted cheese dishes.
