To the eyes it appears a beautiful ruby red with purple reflections. To the nose you get fruity notes of blackberry and plum, gooseberry, humus and graphite, Mediterranean scrub and light spicy accents. On the palate it is structured and warm but well balanced by smooth tannins, proper acidity and good flavor.
We can combine it with first courses with meat sauce, roast red meat, chicken with peppers and medium-aged pecorino.
