Truly stunning. Arrowood is one of my favorite Sonoma county producers.
The nose is gorgeous. Bright red fruits sing in harmony with the soft vanilla and oak elements. On the palate, it is graceful yet powerful. The wine is pungent, tannic, and serious – yet refined and clean-cut. It’s like a professional wrestler in a dapper suit, if that makes sense haha. Marvelously lengthy finish. Very well-made wine.
What a nice wine for the price point. Dark cherry and spice aromas spill over to the palate. Nice tannins create a smooth finish.
