Bat Shlomo Sauvignon Blanc
Bat Shlomo Betty’s Cuvee is made by the Bat Shlomo Winery, founded in 2010. The village was named after Baron Rothschild’s Mother and was one of the original wine-growing towns in the 1800s. Ari Erle, the winemaker from Napa Valley, is now returning glory to the town by making world-class wines.
Bat Shlomo vineyard is located along the historic Rothschild wine trail, nestled between century-old vineyards, the Dalya River, and the Alona Forest.
This wine was handpicked and handcrafted to create an elegant and crisp white wine that reflects an extraordinary terroir and passion for the land of Israel.
