Benvolio shows delicate nuances of wild flowers, rosewater and lychee on the nose, with apple and pear flavors on the palate. It is dry and crisp, full bodied, with a clean finish, blended to be more floral in order to better complement food.
Outstanding as an aperitif, or when paired with summer salads, snapper, sole, sushi, grilled chicken, and risotto-based dishes, this is an excellent example of Friulian Pinot Grigio at its finest.
