Wine Advocate 91 points – The 2018 Chardonnay gives up notes of warm peaches, poached pears and lemongrass with touches of apple blossoms and cedar chest. Medium to full-bodied, the palate has a lovely satiny texture and good intensity of spiced pear flavors, finishing on a peppery note..November/2019

This wine has enough body to pair with Asian ginger pork chops, and would also pair nicely with grilled teriyaki chicken, halibut with a creamy garlic sauce or seafood linguini with a white wine sauce.

Each of the varietals we produce is handcrafted and carefully blended from small vineyard lots. Each lot is fermented and aged separately in our cellar until just prior to bottling when we carefully blend these lots together to achieve wines of balance with layers of complex flavors.
