Very lovely rose, dry but not overly acidic, though perhaps the acid was hidden behind the ripe red fruits, strawberry and very smooth into soft tannins and pepper finish
Excellent flavour! Aggressive minerality, deep fruit punchy colour with all the red fruit you could dream of. If the season is right it could pair with anything otherwise… almost anything.
