100% Diego, also known locally as Vijariego Blanco, is a vigorous, high-acid grape grown only in the Canary Islands. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel and aged three months in tank lie. Don’t be fooled by its practically clear color – this is a complex and umami- wine with a bright, mineral palate.
