The 2024 release of Bomberger’s Declaration Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey continues the tradition of aging bourbon in Chinquapin oak (Quercus muehlenbergii). The oak is naturally air-dried and seasoned for three years before being toasted and charred to our precise standards. This year’s edition also features bourbon with malted rye in the blend, resulting in a bold, vibrant whiskey with a rich complexity and multiple layers of flavor.
