Visual: A crystal, clear, cherry red.
Nose: Complex and powerful, predominantly fruity (Morello cherries, citrus fruits, fresh figs). Oaky with scents of woodland undergrowth and spices.
Palate: Pommard wines are firm with a lot of colour and a vivid bouquet. Ours is powerful and robust with flavours of cherries, oak and spices, a very well-constituted structure and mellow tannins. A wonderfully well-balanced wine.
