Pear, butter, lemon on the nose. Palate is creamy and fruity. The oak comes in nice here with pineapple and lemon cream to make for a solid big Cali chard.
Clear golden hue, nose of pear and tropical fruit, opens with starfruit, and oak, the finish has notes of vanilla, baking spices, yellow apple and a hint of saline. Paired with Florentine style grilled pork chops and panko crusted goat cheese and tomatoes.
