Labeled as a blanc de noirs, this is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. It has the weight and richness you would expect from a Champagne made only from red grapes, textured and full of rich apple and pear fruits. The bottling is ready to drink.

To the eye, golden yellow robe.
To the nose, intense and complex with spicy notes.
On the palate, a beautiful maturity revealed through aromas of candied and lightly stewed fruits as well as succulent pears.
