WINEMAKING
The grapes are hand and mechanically harvested, then pressed in a pneumatic press. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out in temperature controlled stainless steel vats (constant temperature of 61 to 64°F). The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100% and the wine is matured with its lees in stainless steel vats then bottled in traditional Burgundy bottles.
TASTING NOTES
The 2014 vintage is an excellent year for white wines in the Burgundy region. The grapes reached ideal maturity thanks to the September sunshine, resulting in perfectly balanced aromas and structure. On the nose, pleasant notes of white-fleshed fruits, apricot and citrus. The palate is remarkably fresh, lively and tense. A very easy and pleasant wine to drink with your favorite dish or as an aperitif.
