The Union des Vignerons des Côtes-du-Rhône is an association of growers that established their cooperative in 1965. Now 2,300 members strong, they cover a range of some of the best Village and Cru appellations in the southern Rhône. The Cellier des Dauphins label was created shortly after the inception of the winery in 1967. It has remained one of France’s benchmark Rhône brands for decades. It has seen little exposure, though, outside of the country—until now! The “Réserve” bottling is a blend of the best parcel selections, and is composed of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. With its forward fruit and classic flavor profile, this will become one of your favorite weeknight wines.
