A light and fruity wine, without wood, that shows delicious, refreshing, red currant fruit and just a light touch of fruit tannin. It’s crisp, bright, attractively finished with some smokiness and acidity.
Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats, after the wine is drawn off and during the winter this wine is naturally chilled. Very pleasant fruit aromas, but does have a 2 to 3 year keeping potential.
