Chateau Peyrabon 2016 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (67%), Merlot (27%), Petit Verdot (4%) and Cabernet Franc (2%). This vintage has a very rich color, similar to the opacity of ink.
Enticing aromas of black fruits, blueberries and blackberries immediately present themselves. Peyrabon 2016 has a refreshing and dynamic attack, with a strong acidic structure. The tannins, elevated by their elegant grain, are fleshy, delicate and silky. This vintage reveals Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot that add hints of spiciness.
