The Cold Creek Vineyard Riesling shows plenty of intense and concentrated fruit. Lush and ripe I loved the stone fruits, peaches, spice, and apricots. The crisp finish will make you want another sip. This will be a nice complement to your favorite sushi.
Nice pale gold in the glass. Nose of petrol, citrus, and green apple. On the palate, the Apple stands out, joined by some grapefruit, lime zest, and pear.
