The grapes are harvested when just ripe. Low temperature fermentation (not over 32°C), careful pressing. The wine is fined, stored in tanks.
Colour clear, intense, garnet to purple red. In the nose red fruit, cassis, cherry and raspberry jam. A lasting taste with mellow tannins.
Wonderfully paired with red meat and grilled meat.
