Straw yellow with green reflections.Sweet scents of almonds, marzipan, wild flowers and daisies. Whispered tones of peach, pear and apple. Fish appetizers, White meats, Fresh cheeses, Steamed fish-shellfish, Finger Food, Eggs and quiches. Fresh and dry mouth, with a veiled and slightly tannic flavor. It closes slightly bitter with flavors of gentle almond. This white, produced in full respect of the Friulian winemaking tradition, is the result of the vinification of Tocai Friulano grapes in purity, the result of vines grown on clayey soils, ideal for the vineyard.The final result is a particularly pleasant and very delicate. A white terroir with a velvety, versatile and fresh sip, for a dry wine, which stands out for its slightly astringent flavor. A great classic.
