“Lavan” (which means “white” in Hebrew) is sourced from the 10-acre Scopus Vineyard at the top of Sonoma Mountain. This 100% Chardonnay is whole cluster pressed and then barrel-fermented in French oak (10% new) with native yeast.
Aged in French oak for 16 months, it is lush-textured and elegant—reminiscent of fine white Burgundy. This is a vegan wine.
