In 2014, we debuted our first Covenant rosé under the RED C® label. It proved to be so popular that we made it a permanent part of our RED C® family.The wine is a lovely pale pink showing hints of raspberry and strawberry on the nose. On the palate it serves up a blend of citrus and spice flavors that give it just a hint of the exotic – perfect for pairing with just about any dish you can imagine. RED C Rosé is marvelously refreshing on its own, too, served slightly chilled. And that’s the beauty of dry rosé: It goes with everything!This year’s rosé is a blend of Grenache, Pinot Noir, and Syrah. 700 cases.
