The wine is fermented and aged in tank and remains un-oaked to preserve the natural flavors of the wine. The wine has a full nose of fall fruits loaded in green pear, ripe apple, melon and lemon/lime citrus. It is super crisp and dry with vibrant fruit flavors, light creamy texture and a savory core of minerals.
This is a great choice to just pull as a refresher on a warm summer evening, or pair it up with pan seared scallops in a mango salsa, a lemon/caper roasted chicken breast, poached salmon fillets, or a goat cheese/pear salad.
