The Bourgogne Aligote is a generous, fresh white wine. Some tart notes and a good vivacity make it a perfect before dinner wine. Best when served young in order to keep all its freshness.
Domaine Bernard Defaix are champions of sustainable viticulture throughout their widespread Burgundy holdings. This is a very well balanced and quite aromatic Chardonnay, resplendent with stone fruit character and great freshness alongside a nicely rounded palate.
