The Caslot family has only owned Domaine de la Chevalerie estate since, oh, 1640. It’s pretty safe to say they know what they are doing when it comes to Loire Valley Cabernet Franc. Iron, pencil, bell pepper–yep it’s all there and there in style–backed by wild blackberries and vibrancy for days. This absolutely hits the sweet spot for classic Loire Cab Franc.
