The ‘Terres Bleues’ is 100% Savagnin (do not confuse with Sauvignon!), and 2016 was their first organically farmed vintage.
Named for the blue marl soils on which the vines are planted, this wine has floral and fresh stone fruit notes, with a bit of saline and almond.
