This light coral colored Rose blend from Cotes de Provence is a very good value. It opens with a wet stone bouquet with a hint of peach. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and nicely acidic. The flavor profile is a mineral infused strawberry with a hint of peach. The finish is dry and refreshing. This is a very nice everyday Rose to have on a hot summer day. I would serve this slightly chilled with a grilled mahi-mahi sandwich.
Soft pink robe. The nose is fresh, with strawberry and red berry notes, followed by delicate aromas of yellow peach and grapefruit. Fresh and delicious, with a fine attack, it is well balanced and long in the mouth.
TASTING NOTES
Vermillion red. Red berry and pepper aromas. Red berries on the palate, with a lovely, well-balanced tannin structure.

Serve at 59°F with grilled food or Italian dishes.
