Very pale lemon yellow color with tints of green. Very, very light melon aromas. Unusual taste that starts as tropical fruit that quickly turns to tart citrus. The finish carries the taste on and on and leaves a combination of tastes in the mouth. This is an unusual WOW wine that should be paired with scallops.
The light aroma had a hint of tropical fruits that develop in the mouth and floated over a tartness that carried on into the long finish. The wine was and dry and had a light body.
